U.S. Shipping
BASEA currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from South Korea.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates for U.S. orders:
- Standard Shipping: $4.99
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more
The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges, unless otherwise stated during a promotional event.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become available after your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes, or other import-related fees depending on applicable regulations.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees will be handled according to the shipping method and terms displayed at checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
